The 18th Annual Salsa Bowl brings the JFK Rockets and Memorial Minutemen together for another Edgewood battle! Kennedy currently holds the Salsa Bowl trophy — but can the Rockets defend it? Or will the Minutemen reclaim the trophy and the bragging rights?

We know many Edgewood ISD families are dealing with power outages and storm damage. As our community recovers, we want families to know that all Edgewood ISD schools will be OPEN Monday, August 31, and will operate on a normal schedule.
Meals will be served as usual. Counselors will be available for students who may need additional support. If you need assistance by the City of San Antonio, call 3-1-1.
Please continue to take care of yourselves and one another as our community recovers. We look forward to welcoming our students back to school Monday.
