Leon Aleman Jr.
Hello!
I hope you are having a blessed day!
My name is Leon Aleman, Jr.,
I am a native of the great city of San Antonio! I graduated with Honors from Fox Tech HS in 1984. At Fox Tech, I lettered in Football, Baseball, and Cross Country. I was selected All-District in Baseball in 1982, 1983, and 1984 and was an All-Area Selection in baseball in 1984. I went on to attend and graduate with an Associate of Science Degree in Education from Ranger Junior College (1986). At Ranger, I worked with the Rangers Baseball Team as a player-assistant and played on the JV Squad. I completed my college education when I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education from Incarnate Word College (San Antonio) in 1990. At IWC, I also played baseball and was a member of the inaugural Crusaders baseball team when the program began in 1987 and stayed with the team for the following three years. I began my teaching and coaching career in 1990 in my hometown of San Antonio and have grown to love and enjoy the profession! My wife Patty and I married in 1994, we are blessed to have three children and a grandson. I have been in Edgewood ISD and Memorial High School since the Fall of 2001. I can honestly say it has been a genuine pleasure and a great experience to serve the students of the Edgewood Community! At Memorial, I teach Physical Education for grades 9-12. I also serve student-athletes as the Head Soccer Coach and Assistant Football Coach.
